Professional Summary
The best leadership development programs don’t feel like training. They feel like the moment someone finally understands why they lead the way they do — and what to do about it.
That’s the work I’m in.
I’m a Learning & Development leader with 15+ years building programs that develop leaders, strengthen teams, and create measurable behavioral change — not just completion rates.
At Midland College, I architected the institution’s first CliftonStrengths organizational rollout — 100+ faculty and staff, full facilitation, individual coaching, and team development programming — resulting in 100% participant agreement on strengths application outcomes and a 4.8/5.0 effectiveness rating.
At Endeavor Energy, I designed and facilitated a six-month cohort-based leadership development program for new and emerging managers, trained 150+ managers in Leader as Coach methodology, and drove a 207% increase in annual training hours by building programs that reached every level of the organization — from field-based employees to senior leaders.
My facilitation work spans CliftonStrengths (Gallup-Certified Coach), DDI Interaction Management, Emotional Intelligence, DISC, Communication, Decision-Making, and Change Management. I hold a Maxwell Leadership certification and an ATD Instructional Design certificate.
I build programs that give leaders the skills and language to lead better — in high-growth environments, through organizational change, and across complex, matrixed organizations.
I’m drawn to organizations where leadership development has a real seat at the table and where the work is measured by behavior change, not just hours logged.
