Dr. Bill Brantley is President and Chief Learning Officer of the Brantley Advanced Social Sciences Applications (BAS2A) which helps organizations with strategic workforce development. He holds multiple certifications in project management, business analysis, and talent development. As an adjunct faculty member at the University of Louisville (25 years) and the University of Maryland (14 years), he has taught various courses in communication, project management, and public administration. He developed twenty online courses in project management communication, digital transformation, vibe coding, environmental project management, and talent development management, reaching over 200,000+ students globally. He is the author of The Persuasive Project Manager (2019), Four Scenarios for the Future of the Federal Government (2019), Strategic Career Reinvention (2022), and The Zen of Machiavelli. Bill was a federal government employee at various agencies between 2008 and 2023 before launching his consultancy.
