Founder, strategist, and organizational change practitioner with a background spanning healthcare operations, workforce development, and human-centered technology adoption. She brings over 25 years of experience leading teams, designing training programs, and supporting organizations through periods of growth, transition, and complexity.
Tammy’s career began in neurodiagnostics and sleep disorders medicine, where she worked as a technologist, director, and educator, building and managing clinical teams, launching new labs and programs, and improving operational outcomes across diverse environments. Her work consistently bridged technical expertise with human systems. how people learn, adapt, and perform under change.
Today, Tammy leads ElevIQ Foundation, a nonprofit focused on workforce alignment, career readiness, and equitable access to opportunity, alongside STC Innovations, a consulting organization that supports organizations navigating digital transformation and capability development. Her work centers on helping individuals, teams, and organizations better understand alignment. between people, roles, culture, and strategy. and using that insight to support more effective coaching, development, and decision-making.
Tammy is particularly interested in organization development at the intersection of human behavior, systems thinking, and responsible AI. She values collaborative learning, reflective practice, and community-based knowledge sharing, and is joining the Triangle Organization Development Network to deepen her OD practice, learn from fellow practitioners, and contribute to thoughtful conversations about the future of work and organizational change.
