Bio
As an organizational development leader, change strategist, and executive coach, with 20+ years of global experience and fluency in English and French, I help mission-driven organizations navigate complex transitions and build sustainable capacity. My career spans five continents and includes transformative engagements with USAID, The World Bank Group, and leading NGOs and academic institutions.
I bring a systems-level perspective shaped by decades of experience at the intersection of organizational development, evaluation, and change where aligning people, processes, and strategy is critical to lasting impact. From co-authoring an agency-wide change management plan for USAID where I introduced a new cultural alignment framework, to guiding senior leaders through high-stakes transitions, I integrate strategic planning, strategic communication, coaching, training, and evaluation to drive measurable outcomes.
As a Prosci Certified Change Manager, ICF Certified Coach, and Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory, I combine evidence-driven, people-first practices with empathy, innovation, and cultural sensitivity to lead transformational change.
I’m passionate about empowering leaders to lead boldly, helping organizations adapt intelligently, and shaping systems that work more equitably for all while optimizing impact.
