I come from a professional history of instructional support and training that began in childcare, moved into K-12, grew into higher education, and now has transitioned into professional development and corporate training. I believe the principles of learning design are applicable across multiple demographics, industries, and use cases. An effective lesson is built holistically, incorporating not only accessibility, substantive interaction, and differentiation, but also project management, marketing, and graphic/multimedia design.
