I'm a Master Facilitator, Organizational Design Consultant. I specialize in designing experiences for teams and leaders. In the simplest of terms, I ‘get teams talking’, and when they open their minds and their mouths, wise solutions surface and what isn’t pressing falls away.
I design and hold workshops on topics including psychological safety, giving and receiving feedback, inclusive leadership and more.
I also design and facilitate retreats, strategic meetings, and team retrospectives.
Clients include, Lockheed Martin, Google, MSA Security, JLS Automation, NC State, Cureate, ReloShare
I've trained to become a Master Facilitator at the Collaborative Operating System facilitation school and earned my Masters of Organizational Development & Leadership at Fielding Graduate University.
