Tiffany has over 20 years of management and leadership experience with cross-generational teams. In 2019, she became a Gallup-certified Strengths Coach after participating in a strengths workshop with her own team. By better understanding and leveraging her team’s individual and collective strengths, she saw a significant increase in individual engagement and greater performance as an organization. She has conducted individual coaching sessions and group workshops for early to mid-career professionals in technology, finance, hospitality, manufacturing, and higher education. A certified EQ-i 2.0/EQ 360 facilitator, Tiffany also helps individuals and teams grow their emotional intelligence.
Since graduating with B.A. degrees in Psychology and Russian and an M.A. in English, she has worked in both the private and public sector. After working as a client financial analyst for the 4th largest global HR benefits consulting company, she worked as a corporate event planner before pivoting into higher education as a recruiter and leadership development professional.
