Katherine L. Turner, MPH is the Founding President of Global Citizen, LLC strategic consulting, coaching, training, and transformation firm. She is an executive consultant, leadership coach and trainer, public speaker, board leader, and organizational and social change agent who has worked in English, French, and Dutch in more than 50 countries spanning five continents.

Katherine is an Adjunct Professor at UNC-Chapel Hill, where she teaches leadership courses and mentors emerging leaders. She authored the DEI and intercultural competence chapter for a healthcare leadership textbook taught in universities worldwide.

Katherine has held senior leadership positions and founded and led the board of directors at numerous organizations. She provides strategic direction on global advisory committees, was selected as a Women Leaders for the World Fellow, and won awards for her leadership, teaching, and advocacy.
