Kelly has developed and led global leadership and training programs at companies such as CSL Behring, Seqirus, Cisco, AT&T, and Johnson & Johnson, building scalable opportunities that strengthen leadership pipelines. She’s also partnered with the American Heart Association and The Arc Westchester to elevate leadership and enhance culture.
She served on faculty at the Center for Creative Leadership—a globally respected institution known for its highly personalized work with senior executives—There, she facilitated and coached senior leaders from over 100 organizations to grow influence, clarity, and team effectiveness.
Kelly holds a master’s in HR Management from Rutgers, is a Senior Professional in Human Resources, and is a certified executive coach with the International Coaching Federation.
