Bio
Evelyn works with teams engaged in project ideation, evaluation of results, collaborative decision-making, lessons learned, knowledge transfer, and communication. As a team facilitator, she enables trust, respectful interactions, productive conflicts, co-creation, and consequently extraordinary results and solutions.
With a background as an organizational psychologist, she has successfully led customer-tailored trainings in industry and non-profit organizations for nine years. She taught more than 20 university courses in social competence and self-management and was selected as the only trainer for a 16-day-long Thinking at the Edge program.
She brings 20 years of experience in teamwork, leadership, and project management while working as a material scientist in well-respected research institutes and the automotive and chemical industry.
