As a former Army officer turned technology leader, Jason has a broad array of experiences working with high performing hierarchies around the globe and cutting edge operating systems. From his military service, he brings battlefield proficiency in mission command - the art of guiding an organization and leading leaders with a purpose-driven framework of intent and relentlessly improving the way teams collaborate, plan and execute.
His corporate roles enabled Jason to develop operational aptitude in manufacturing, healthcare, higher education, and financial services in the spaces of organizational development, systems theory, leader development and change. He led multiple organizations through organizational transformations, redesigning operating models to be more product and customer focused. His experience proves that organizations work better and thrive when leaders engage in passionate pursuit of their purpose, provide clarity and trust, and create the conditions for adaptable systems that sense-and-respond to a complex world.
Jason lives with his beautiful and talented wife, with three elementary school aged children in Apex, NC (just outside of Raleigh). He loves spending time with his family cooking, eating, and exploring everything this wonderful area has to offer, from the outer banks to the blue ridge mountains. He tries to read (or have books read to him) as much as possible. Jason also tries to find time to windsurf, mountain bike, and when he can get his hands on a DIY house project he loves to dig in and build/fix something.
