Larry is a people focused leadership coach passionately driven to help change land softly and stick. With over 30 years of experience facilitating change, Larry has become proficient with many of the methodologies used to drive/support change effectiveness such as leadership training and coaching, change management, and business process improvement.
Larry has served on several boards including the Triangle Organizational Development Network, Unity of the Triangle, and adjunct professor at Johns Hopkins University.
Larry is certified as a coach through ICF, a change management professional through Prosci, and holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt through General Electric.
