My work is guiding leaders and teams to know themselves, their situational demands, and to respond more appropriately. This sometimes stretches to the larger groups they're associated with (departments, organizations).
I'm independent, but have long standing adjunct associations with the Center for Creative Leadership and Triangle Training working with Duke Executive groups for years.
I've created an integrated series of feedback tools and interactions for teams and leaders that uniquely builds upon the DISC framework.
I've recently released a book, Adaptive Coaching for Leaders, which presents an intuitive system for coaching and managing performance, based on co-worker needs not a leader's preference.
My goal in training and coaching (and writing) ... is to be simple and intuitive, experiential and interactive, practical and action based.
